TimelyCare

Health Services at Texas Wesleyan is located in the West Village.

TimelyCare is a virtual health and well-being platform available 24/7 for Texas Wesleyan students. Through either a mobile app or your desktop, TimelyCare provides 24/7 access to virtual care from anywhere in the United States at no cost.

How can I access TimelyCare?

Visit timelycare.com/txwes or download the TimelyCare app from your app store and register with your school email address. You can then start visits from any web-enabled device – smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop – anywhere in the United States.

Who can use TimelyCare?

Any enrolled student. That’s you!

What services are available?

  • MedicalNow - 24/7, on-demand medical care.
  • TalkNow - 24/7, on-demand emotional support.
  • Scheduled Counseling - Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice.
  • Scheduled Medical - Select the day, time, and medical provider of your choice.
  • Health Coaching - Support for developing healthy behaviors.
  • Psychiatry: Appointments are available through referrals.
  • Self-Care Content - Yoga and meditation sessions and group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.

Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Information

Texas Wesleyan university requires all students to comply with Texas Legislature rules for university immunization information requirements. This includes students who are affiliated with Texas Wesleyan through:

  • Dual enrollment
  • Non-degree seeking
  • Upward Bound
  • Commuter or residential
  • Under the age of 22

Please review all applicable requirements:

  • All new students under the age of 22 are required to submit evidence of immunization against Bacterial Meningitis
  • Proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination (BMV) must be submitted to the Office of Admissions before class registration. Please review the Bacterial Meningitis student policy for additional information and for the appropriate office to submit immunization documents.
  • A student's BMV must be administered 10 days before attending class.

Other Vaccines

Other than proof of the Bacterial Meningitis Vaccine (BMV) or affidavit declining the vaccination, Texas Wesleyan University no longer requires the submission of immunization records as a requirement for class registration or to move into residence halls.
