Here's information you'll need to help you get started.
All incoming freshman students must attend a new student orientation, hosted by New Student Programs.
After orientation, freshman students will be advised by the Freshman Advising Center until they have completed at least 24 credit hours.
As a new transfer student, you will be required to attend an orientation, where each student is assigned their advisor according to their declared major.
You can view the contact infomation for your advisor in RamLink. If your advisor's name does not appear in RamLink or you did not attend transfer orientation, please contact the Coordinator of New student Programs, at (817) 531-4923.
Transfer Learning Communities allow transfer students to enroll in two linked courses that share interdisiplinary themes or questions. These linked courses improve student academic performance and allow students to have more meaningful social interactions. All Learning Community courses fulfill major requirements and count toward your degree.
