Phillip M. Pelphrey, assistant professor of chemistry, was commissioned as Ensign in the U.S. Naval Reserves as an Intelligence Officer Feb. 2. Pelphrey will be stationed at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth and will continue as a faculty member at Texas Wesleyan.
