Turn in your documents

If you were accepted conditionally or provisionally accepted, you will need to turn in the required documents – or complete the required tasks – as soon as possible. Once you’ve turned everything in, your admissions status will be updated.

Turn everything in to:

Texas Wesleyan University
ATTN: Office of Graduate Admissions
1201 Wesleyan St.
Fort Worth, Texas 76105
Complete the FAFSA

Don’t wait to complete the FAFSA and have the results sent to Texas Wesleyan– our school code is 003645. You can apply beginning Jan. 1, 2013 using your 2012 Federal Tax Return information.

Turn in your bacterial meningitis information

All new students under the age of 30 have to turn in evidence of bacterial meningitis immunization by state law. Your evidence forms must be submitted before you can register for classes. An exemption waiver is available as well.

Sign up for orientation and sign up for classes

Orientation is where you start to do the important tasks for the next semester. You’ll meet your adviser, register for classes, learn about campus resources and much more. You don’t want to miss it.

You will receive information on orientation from the graduate admissions office.
