Street improvements and public art are among the many changes that will transform East Rosedale

A Fort Worth Public Art advisory committee met at Texas Wesleyan University on Monday, Sept. 24, to discuss the progress of art projects on East Rosedale and in the Polytechnic/Wesleyan Urban Village.

Much of the discussion focused on the landscaping and sculpture that will be in a new roundabout at Rosedale and Mitchell. Another roundabout at Rosedale and Ayers will include trees and other native landscaping.  The Polytechnic/Wesleyan Urban Village art project may be incorporated into the seatwall to be constructed on Rosedale, along the frontage of Texas Wesleyan, as a part of the $15.5 million East Rosedale Street Improvements Project.
