- Pay Your Enrollment Deposit
- Submit Your Housing Paperwork
- Get Vaccinated (And Prove It)
- Sign Up For Orientation (And Your Placement Exams)
We’ll review your records and notify you if you’ve received any scholarships. If you get a scholarship letter, sign it and return it to:

If you haven’t already, what are you waiting for? Fill out the FAFSA and find out what your financial aid award is. Your previous year's income tax statement must be filed with the IRS before completing the FAFSA

You'll need to pay a $100 enrollment deposit before orientation. You can pay online, bring the deposit to our office, or mail it to: Texas Wesleyan University

Commuting Students Before registering for class, all students under 30 years old must submit evidence of bacterial meningitis immunization. Where the form goes varies by student type – check the bottom of the form to see where to submit yours.
Residential Students Immunizations must be submitted to housing 10 days prior to move-in. You’ll need to have an housing@txwes.edu, fax it to 817-531-4432 or mail it to:

Sign up for orientation, and, if you've been told you'll need to take a placement exam, sign up for those, too.
There are several new student orientation session date and time options – this is the place where you’ll register for classes, meet your academic advisor and learn about student life.
