LADY RAMS RELEASE HOOPS SCHEDULE |

FORT WORTH, TX: The Texas Wesleyan University women’s basketball team has released its schedule for the 2009-10 season.
The Lady Rams will open the season on the road at St. Gregory’s University on November 10. That game is scheduled for a 6:00 p.m. start in Shawnee, OK.
Rams fans will get their first look at the new team when they host Mid-America Christian University in the Sid Richardson Center on Tuesday, November 24, at 6:00 p.m.
The 2009-10 schedule features five games against teams in last year’s NAIA National Tournament field, including two games each against Red River Athletic Conference foes Jarvis Christian College and Langston University. The Rams will also travel to Lubbock, TX, on November 20th to take on Lubbock Christian University. The Lady Chaps were ranked 10th in the final coaches’ poll last season and reached the NAIA Sweet 16.
Texas Wesleyan will open Red River Athletic Conference play on December 17, at Wiley College. The RRAC schedule picks up in earnest on January 7, when the Rams travel to Tyler, TX, to take on Texas College. |
