CHICKASHA, OK: The 24th ranked Texas Wesleyan University men’s soccer team (6-1) suffered a 2-0 loss at the University of Science & Arts (OK) (6-1) on Friday.
The loss snapped Texas Wesleyan’s winning streak at six games which is tied for the longest in program history.
“It came down to special moments and taking advantage of them,” commented head coach Josh Gibbs. “Credit USAO for doing that twice today.”
The Rams will return to action on Saturday, when they travel to Shawnee, OK, to take on St. Gregory’s University. That game is scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. start. |
