Important Information for 2008

Fall 2008 Tuition is due August 5th, 2008  

Book Vouchers Available:   

          Fall                 August 11 - September 5th

Book charges made using a book voucher after the first day of class may not be reflected on the students' accounts.

Remember that your Student ID is required at the cashier's office to obtain information about accounts and to receive checks.

 Fall Refund Dates:

• Graduate and Undergraduate          8/29/08

• CHECK YOUR WESLEYAN EMAIL - Email notifications are now being sent to students' email accounts when checks are available for pickup at the cashier's office.

• Checks will be in the cashier's office and held for two weeks for you to pickup with your student ID; after that time they will be mailed to the address in the system.
• Students may also check their  Ramlink account to see if funds have been posted. 

If you receive tuition reimbursement from a third party, such as Texas Tomorrow Fund, DARS or Veterens benefits, you need to contact the cashier's office each semester for verification.
