TEXAS WESLEYAN CELEBRATES GROUNDBREAKING FOR SCENE SHOP

Texas Wesleyan University will break ground on March 23 for the new Claudia Stepp Scene Shop, which will include classroom areas for carpentry, metal fabrication, and lighting. The groundbreaking will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, at the corner of Binkley Street and Avenue C. A reception will follow in the Louella Baker Martin Pavilion at 1112 Wesleyan St. Parking will be available in the lot next to the Pavilion. The new scene shop is named for alumna and Board of Trustees member Claudia Stepp, ’72.
