RESIDENCE HALLS OPEN THURSDAY, AUG. 20; RAM CAMP RUNS AUG. 21-23

Texas Wesleyan’s residence halls will open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for entering freshman on Thursday, Aug. 20. To help with the move, a Rams Move-in Crew will be on hand to provide hot dogs, water, and answers to lots and lots of questions!

Ram Camp Introduces New Students to Texas Wesleyan

New students will be blasted to the past August 21-23 with a retro-themed weekend of fun events! Upperclassmen who have walked in new students’ shoes will help entering students meet new people, build friendships, and become acquainted with all the university has to offer.

This year, Ram Camp takes on a far-out ‘60s theme that adds to the fun. Parents are invited to attend the “Faculty Freak Out” dinner Friday night at 6:30 p.m. in the Sid Richardson gym. The dinner is sponsored by the Alumni Association and will feature a retro game show and disco dance off.

Entering freshmen and commuters are strongly encouraged to attend and join in the experience. Residential students are required to attend and start the new year off right . . . making friendships that can last a lifetime.

Some things, money can’t buy. The cost of Ram Camp? FREE.
