West Village

West Village Built in 2005, this apartment-style residence hall houses approximately 260 students. Four-bedroom and efficiency options are available. Open to all students.

 Amenities

The four-bedroom unit has a kitchenette, two bathrooms and a common living area. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave and sink. Each student has their own bedroom with an XL twin adjustable bed, desk and dresser. The living area is furnished with a love seat, chair, coffee table and end table.The bathrooms include a shower and tub.

The efficiency has a kitchenette, an all-purpose room and a bathroom. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave and sink. The all-purpose room is furnished with a full size adjustable bed, desk, chair and two dressers. The bathroom includes a shower and tub.

The Clubhouse contains the laundry and activity space as well as a kitchen, vending machines, a television area, a group study room and a computer room.

Apartments are assigned by gender. Floor are not gender specific.

Elizabeth Means Armstrong Hall

Elizabeth Means Armstrong Hall This two-story, co-ed residence hall houses 51 students. All units are single occupancy. Open to upperclassmen and graduate students.

*Elizabeth will close for the summer session. Residents will move to a four-bedroom unit in West Village Apartments for the discounted rate.

Each student has a single room, which shares a bathroom with the adjoining room. Rooms feature full size adjustable beds and built in desks and dressers. Floors are co-ed. The hall has a large living/activity room with a kitchen. Laundry facilities are located on each floor.

Suites are assigned by gender. Floor are not gender specific.

Stella Russell Hall

Stella Russell Hall This three-story, co-ed residence hall houses 130 students. Double- and single-occupancy rooms are available. Each floor and wing have a common bathroom. Open to all students.

*Stella will close for the summer session. Residents will move to a four-bedroom unit in West Village Apartments for the discounted rate. Single rooms will not be assigned until Room Change week, which begins two weeks after the first day of each semester.

Rooms feature twin size XL adjustable beds and built in desks and dressers. A large living room with table tennis, shuffle board and a pool table is located on the first floor. There is also a kitchen, study/computer room, gaming room, television area, and laundry room. Additional study and lounge space is available on each floor.

Floors are assigned by gender.

OC Hall

OC Hall This co-ed, suite-style residence hall houses 60 students. Double- and single-occupancy rooms are available. Open to all students.

Amenities

Students live with a roommate or can rent a single occupancy room while sharing common bathrooms with adjoining rooms. Rooms feature twin size XL adjustable beds and built in desks and dressers. Suites are assigned by gender. Floors are not gender specific.

Dining

All undergraduate students who live on-campus are required to have a meal plan. Prices are subject to change.

2014-2015 Freedom Plans

Designed for people who spend lots of time on campus. All three plans satisfy the dining requirement for undergraduate students living on campus. Each plan is $1,844.58 per semester (price includes tax).

Platinum Unlimited meals, $50 declining balance per semester
Gold 15 meals per week, $100 declining balance per semester
Silver 12 meals per week, $150 declining balance per semester

Declining balance dollars can be used at The Grille, located at Brown-Lupton Student Center.

2014-2015 Spirit Commuter Plans

Designed for people who are on the go, these plans are tailored to students who live off campus. Prices include tax.
