Individuals who participated in the 2013-2014 plan year may submit receipts on or before June 30, 2014, for any unreimbursed medical or dependent care expenses, which were incurred by March 31, 2014. You may check your account balance by visiting www.myrsc.com.
New participants wanting to request a new debit card for medical-related expenses may begin accessing the website above. FSA debit card charges must be substantiated within 30-days of your card swipe to avoid your card being placed on hold until these receipts have been received and cleared with Higginbotham & Associates.
