Job Description:
Job Description: The role of the Web Assistant is to provision the university websites. Converting content, images, and forms into standards compliant HTML coding. Reworking existing site designs, styling and content coding to provide minor alterations. Developing new functionality within the management system. Consulting with the Web Services staff on questions of design, coding and content. Developing original designs, elements and code to enhance existing web enterprise.
Qualifications: HTML, CSS, structural understanding of Javascript and a desire to learn web technologies. Highly detail oriented, deadline driven work where availability to work agreed hours is paramount. Strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills. Familiarity with graphic design applications and web graphic standards.
