Job Description:

Input survey data into computer, maintain front secretary desk, book counseling appointments, answer general questions from students, faculty, and staff, make calls to employers to recruit for job openings and partnership, create flyers, post job opportunities on job board, event setup, answering phone and taking messages, filing, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Qualifications (required skills & abilities):

Skilled in computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogs), excellent communication skills, team player, multi-tasker, professional, quick learner, motivated and dependable. 

Hours Needed:

  • 15-20 hours per week.
  • Preferably evenings on MWF but anytime is needed TTH.
  • Willing to work around class schedule.
