Texas Wesleyan University requires all students to comply with Texas Legislature rules for university immunization requirements. Please review all applicable requirements:

COMMUTING STUDENTS
Effective January 1, 2012 all new students, under the age of 30, are required to submit evidence of immunization against Bacterial Meningitis.

Proof of immunization will be required before they are permitted to register for classes. Please review the Bacterial Meningitis student policy for additional information and for the appropriate office to submit immunizaiton documents.

RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS
All residential students must have an immunization form or shot record reflecting a current TB test, Bacterial Meningitis, as well as proof of their childhood immunizations.

Proof of immunizations must be submitted to the Residential Life ten days prior to move in. Please send a copy of proof of immunizations via email attachment, fax or mail to:
