Texas Wesleyan University has been selected as a “Military-Friendly University” in the 2012 “Military-Friendly Colleges and Universities” guide in the December 2011 issue of Military Advanced Education.

“Texas Wesleyan provides individualized attention and small classes for every student,” President Frederick G. Slabach said, “and those qualities are especially important for our veterans and their dependents.”

On Veteran’s Day, Texas Wesleyan remembers the commitment of our veterans and their efforts on behalf of freedom.

“We honor our veterans and the sacrifices they and their families have made for our country,” Slabach said. "We are delighted to be part of many initiatives that allow them to pursue their education through our academic programs.”
