Brass Chamber Ensemble Performs Early Music and Contemporary Selections

The Brass Chamber Ensemble is comprised of advanced brass players who are enrolled in the instrumental studies program at the university. This ensemble studies and performs music which is written for small ensembles consisting of trumpets, horn, trombone, and tuba. Literature varies from early music to contemporary selections. In addition to a weekly coaching session, the group rehearses on its own in an effort to sharpen critical listening skills.
