About Me
I like the small campus because I came from a small high school [Everman, Texas]. The staff and faculty are great and offer a personal touch in helping you figure out a good career and direction, helping you decide from a lot of options.
Any student can come to Wesleyan and have the opportunity to do what they want to do, regardless of what it is. We have a lot of great people here. They are committed and dedicated to the students. Every teacher and the staff members want to see the students succeed and graduate.
I work at the Morton Fitness Center and have a good place to stay in shape. I show members how to use the equipment, sign up for classes, schedule massages, clean up, fitness coaching, exercise recommendations, helping out the members with whatever their fitness needs are.
My minor is comparative religion studies. Last summer I went to India for the study abroad trip. That was a great experience. We made a film about our trip and presented it at University College Day. A lot of people were interested in the Hindu culture and raised a lot of questions and raised the awareness of students about other people’s beliefs.
People are saying:
Morton Fitness Center Director Aaron Whaley says Lazarky is one of the best workers he’s seen in eight years of hiring student workers. “I consider him a friend and he has a tremendous work ethic. I can’t say enough about how responsible and dependable he is.”

To graduate and go to graduate school and further my education.
