“The volume of students and families that we serve is high. More than 87 percent of our students receive some kind of financial aid. So we have a fairly steady stream of people through our doors. But, fortunately, we are well prepared to handle that amount of traffic. We have six counselors available. Each counselor has been in this situation as a college student or as a parent of a student. And each one shares my philosophy of a customer-centered approach and my personal commitment to efficient and friendly service.
