About Me

The classes are small at Texas Wesleyan, and I love the one-on-one time you get with professors. It’s close to home, and I heard so many good things about Texas Wesleyan before I came here. I graduated from Arlington Heights High School, and we had the same school colors as Texas Wesleyan, so I think it was meant to be.

Favorite course:
“Special Topics: Women and Crime.” There’s a lot of discussion and we learn so much—it’s interesting to learn why women commit the crimes they do.

Favorite movie:
Let’s see, I have a few! “Love & Basketball” and “The Wood”—I have so many favorite movies.

Favorite book:
I don’t really have one!

Favorite band:
I love Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees and B2K. My favorite singer is Mariah Carey—I love her “The Emancipation of Mimi” CD—it’s full of hits.

Member of:
We’re trying to start a Stop Darfur group on campus, and I’m going to be a part of that.

Scholarships:
Blue & Gold Scholarship
