‌"Keep it or cancel it." It seems like a small thing to ask, but students are forgetting to cancel tutoring appointments.

We welcome all students to come into the Academic Success Center and schedule an appointment for a tutoring session. Please remember to cancel any tutoring appointment that you are unable to attend. It is courteous to the tutor and also to fellow classmates that might need to make an appointment.

Remember that if a student misses more than two appointments during a four week period, it may result in suspension of appointment scheduling privileges. During this time, students can only visit a tutor as a "walk-in." If a student is 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may be given to another student.
