Join Dr. Kendra Weddle at noon on Oct. 12 for the Managing Stress with Mindfulness workshop. We'll go over how to identify sources of stress in your life, and then how to use evidence-based coping strategies to manage that stress. We'll also dive into the science of stress and go over specific techniques that you can use to go on the offensive and take a proactive approach to dealing with stress in your life.
