Professor Julie McCoy presents a recital for voice, horn & piano

Professors and guest artists prepare for a recital.

Wesleyan music professors Julie McCoy (soprano) and Keith Critcher (piano), will present a chamber music recital with guest artists Christian Bester (baritone) and Jeffrey Powers (horn) on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Martin Hall. Bester and Powers are music professors at Baylor University.

The program features two song cycles composed by Southern Methodist University professor Simon Sargon for singer, piano and horn. Also on the program are Czech composer Antonin Dvořàk’s well-loved 'Song to the Moon' from Rusalka and a selection of his charming Moravian Duets.
