In Theatre Wesleyan's new weekly video series "Student Spotlights," we ask some of our students about the shows they've worked on, their experience on and off campus and their favorite shows.

Junior theatre major Colton Mallory has been named the second student of the 2015-2016 school year to be featured in a new weekly video series called Student Spotlights.

"Wesleyan offers so many opportunities," Mallory says, "especially in the Theatre Department. You get so much experience, not just performance but on the technical side"

Mallory has served as master electrician for several Theatre Wesleyan productions and has been seen onstage in The HeiressThe Drowsy ChaperoneRent and more. His favorites were Fuddy Meers and Sylvia.

His favorite play is Fish in the Dark by Larry David, which he got the chance to see on Broadway as part of the Playmarket trip to New York in May 2015. Jersey Boys is his favorite musical.
