In Theatre Wesleyan's new weekly video series "Student Spotlights," we ask some of our students about the shows they've worked on, their experience on and off campus and their favorite shows.

Senior theatre major Heather O'Donnell has been named the fourth student of the 2015-2016 school year to be featured in a new weekly video series called Student Spotlights.

"The reason I came to Wesleyan," O'Donnell says, "is because I knew it was going to provide me with a lot of opportunities to grow and have the experience in every aspect of theatre."

Heather has served as scenic designer for The Survivor, and props designer for Rent, 33 Variations, The Drowsy Chaperone, In & Between and more. She has also designed makeup for Fuddy Meers.

Her favorite musical is Les Misérables, which she had the opportunity to work on this past summer at Casa Mañana, and her favorite play she saw recently was Mr. Burns, a post-electric play at Stage West. The Survivor was her favorite Wesleyan production to work on.
