In Theatre Wesleyan's new weekly video series "Student Spotlights," we ask some of our students about the shows they've worked on, their experience on and off campus and their favorite shows.

Sophomore theatre major Jorge Flores has been named the third student of the 2015-2016 school year to be featured in a new weekly video series called Student Spotlights.

"Professors understand us and connect with us," Flores says, "that shows how much they're willing to go out of their way to show us and teach us."

Jorge has designed sound for several Theatre Wesleyan productions, including the current production of Metamorphoses and the upcoming School for Scandal.

His favorite play is Tony Award-winning Best Play The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, and his favorite musical is the long-running international hit Wicked, both of which he got the chance to see on Broadway as part of the Playmarket trip to New York in May 2015.
