An application for graduation must be submitted during the term prior to completion of graduation requirements.
If the application deadline falls on a non-business day, applications will be due the next university business day. Certifying applicants for graduation is a labor intensive process that takes many months. For this reason, late applications are subject to an additional fee. Late applications submitted within two months of a graduation date pose further challenges and are charged accordingly. No application will be accepted within three weeks of a graduation date without the review and approval of the Office of the Provost.
