Diplomas are an important part of graduation. After your degree has been awarded, please expect to receive a diploma. We will mail your diploma to the diploma mailing address that you provide on the graduation application.
Diplomas are not distributed at the commencement ceremony. At the commencement ceremony, you will receive a diploma cover with the Texas Wesleyan University emblem. Diplomas will be mailed out after your degree has been awarded. You will receive communication with an estimated date of when to expect to receive your diploma by mail.
Diplomas will be mailed out 4-6 weeks after your awarded date. Please know that we do NOT mail diplomas to any P.O. Box or on-campus addresses. You will need contact the Office of Student Records to update your mailing address via-email at email@example.com or phone (817)531-4414.
Diplomas may be purchased through Texas Wesleyan’s diploma ordering services and a cost of $50 is associated with the replacement.
Any financial holds will prevent you from receiving your diploma. Please ensure that holds are cleared so that we can release the diploma to you.
