Help keep the main University phone line free for prospective students

Help keep the university phone lines clear for prospective students by using the website's find an office directory before calling admissions.

Did you know you can help the Texas Wesleyan University admissions offices better serve our current and prospective students? It's as easy as making your on-campus calls directly to the office or staff member you need to reach.

In addition to recruiting new students, a small team from undergraduate and graduate admissions answers the main University lines at extension 4444. While they are capable of re-routing faculty and staff calls, the extension is primarily for use by those outside of the University community.

There are so many convenient ways to find the extensions you need:

  • Use the "Find an Office" button at the top of every page to access the University directory.
  • Use the University website search bar to type in a faculty or staff member's name and find their direct extension.
  • Use the "Find a Contact" search bar in your Outlook email.
  • Use the "Directories" button (represented by the book symbol) to access the University directory right on your desk phone.

Even when you're not at your desk, the University's mobile-responsive website can help you find who you're looking for quickly and easily.

When you use these directory resources, you are freeing up our main line for prospective students and community members who need assistance in reaching certain individuals and offices on campus.
