Transcripts & Test Scores

Send us your transcripts

Your transcript is a record of your education at an institution, like a high school or a college. You'll need to submit your high school transcript and a transcript from any college you've attended.

If you have less than 30 college credit hours, you'll need to submit your high school transcript, and as well as a transcript from any college or university you've attended. If you’ve completed more than 30 college credit hours, you’ll just need to submit transcripts from any college or university you've attended.

Ask your high school to send your transcript to:

Texas Wesleyan University
ATTN: Office of Admissions
1201 Wesleyan St.
Fort Worth, Texas 76105

You can also walk in your transcript, but remember, all transcripts must have a seal.

What if I don't have a high school transcript?

If you did not graduate from high school, you need to submit your GED results.

See GED Requirements

Submit your SAT or ACT scores

Test scores are the results of your standardized tests like the ACT or the SAT. There are different ways to get your test scores to us:

  • Submit your scores using the SAT or ACT websites – here are the TXWES school codes
    • SAT: 6828
    • ACT: 4222
  • Ask your high school guidance counselor to submit your scores
  • Come to the Texas Wesleyan admissions office and print your scores from the SAT or ACT website

All scores should be submitted to:

Texas Wesleyan University
ATTN: Office of Admissions
1201 Wesleyan St.
Fort Worth, Texas 76105

Do I have to submit test scores?

All freshman applicants need to submit test scores. Transfer students with fewer than 24 college credit hours still need to submit test scores for the SAT, ACT or THEA exam. If you're transferring with 24 credit hours or more, we do not need your test scores.

Do I take the SAT, ACT or the THEA?

You can take the SAT or ACT if you have been out of high school for less than seven years. If you've been out of high school for more than seven years, or you are 25 years old, you can also take the THEA (Texas Higher Education Assessment) test and submit those scores. Contact Karina Bretado at 682-478-8605 or kbretado@txwes.edu to schedule a test date.
