On-Campus Housing

You won't see any high-rise facilities that house a small city's worth of students anywhere on our campus. We are all about small communities that have a big impact.

All rental rates include water, gas, electricity, trash, cable and high speed internet. Prices are subject to change.

Built in 2005, this apartment-style residence hall houses approximately 230 students. Four-bedroom and efficiency options are available. Open to upperclassmen and graduate students only.

  • Two bathrooms with shower and tub
  • Common living area with love seat, chair, coffee table and end table

Each student has their own bedroom with:

  • XL twin adjustable bed

Efficiency features:

  • Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave and sink
  • All-purpose room with a full-size adjustable bed, desk, chair and dresser
  • Bathroom with shower and tub

Apartments are assigned by gender. Floors are not gender specific.

This two-story, co-ed residence hall houses 100 students. All units are double occupancy. Open to freshmen on the 2nd floor and upperclassmen on the 1st floor.

All undergraduate students who live on campus are required to have a meal plan. Prices are subject to change.

2017-2018 Residential Meal Plans

Designed for people who spend lots of time on campus. Both plans satisfy the dining requirement for undergraduate students living on campus. Each plan is $1992 per semester (plus tax).

Platinum
Unlimited meals, $125 declining balance dollars per semester
Gold
15 meals per week, $150 declining balance dollars per semester
 

Declining balance dollars can be used at The West Express Eatery (The WEE)an all-new dining option with a made-to-order concept to fit your grab-and-go or dine-in needs.
