Alumni Weekend is right around the corner, and we have an exciting lineup of events planned! Mark your calendars for April 24–27, and get ready for a memorable weekend reconnecting with fellow alumni and friends.

The festivities kick off on Thursday, April 24, with the prestigious Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony. This year, we are honored to welcome five outstanding new members recognized for their athletic achievements.

On Friday, the celebrations continue with several small group reunions taking place across campus. Be sure to stick around for the President’s Honors Concert, a must-see event showcasing incredible musical talent.

Saturday promises a full day of engaging activities! Start your morning with the Rise and Shine Brunch with President Emily Messer. This year, we’re adding some new events, including the annual alumni meeting and a special service of blessing and remembrance. Additionally, the Taste of TXWES event will offer a fresh take on the beloved Wine Walk. Taste of TXWES will focus on food and will feature student participation. Afterward, don’t miss the lively happy hour, where everyone will gather to unwind, catch up, enjoy drinks and snacks, and groove to music from our DJ. The bookstore will be open from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. this day so be sure to stop by and pick up some new gear!

Throughout the weekend, be sure to catch the spring musical, Pippin. Sunday is Alumni Day, and this year marks the 70th anniversary of the spring musical making this performance truly spectacular. Stick around for the theatre after-party to celebrate with the cast, fellow alumni and theater enthusiasts.
