It’s almost that time! Homecoming Weekend is right around the corner, Nov. 2-3 and we want to see you there! Check out the fun and exciting weekend we have planned and sign up by Oct. 31 so we can know who’s coming.

Friday, Nov. 2

Alumni Medal Dinner
6 p.m. reception, 7 p.m. dinner – Colonial Country Club

Join us as we celebrate the achievements and contributions of this year’s distinguished alumni and friends honored at this annual event.

Saturday, Nov. 3

Wesleyan 5K
9 a.m. race start - Oneal-Sells Administration Building

Walk, run or cheer on the racers at the 3rd annual W5K to include a chip-timed 5K, 1-mile Willie Walk, food trucks, free beer, kids zone, vendor fair, DJ, awards and more. Proceeds support student scholarships. 
To participate in the W5K or Willie Walk, you must register online at txwes.edu/w5k.

Brick Dedication Ceremony
10:30 a.m. – West Library

Join us as we show our appreciation for University donors and check out the newest additions to the Donor Brick Walkway. Learn more about this TXWES tradition and how you can leave your mark.

Martin University Center At A Glance
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. – Martin University Center

Here is your first chance to get an up-close view of the construction site for the new 44,000 square-foot university center. Hear first-hand about the building progress and see how the heart of campus is coming to life.

Pre-Game Party
11 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – Front lawn of the Oneal-Sells Administration Building

Bring a blanket or lawn chair and have a drink on us. There will be plenty of fun following the W5K including food trucks, kids zone, lawn games, music and more. Cost includes a meal at the food truck of your choice, plus free drinks will be provided by the TXWES Alumni Association.

Homecoming Football Game
2 p.m. – Farrington Field

Watch the TXWES Rams take on the Scots from Lyon College. Register online to receive free admission to the game. Don't forget to stop by the Ram Zone hosted by the Ram Club starting two hours prior to kickoff in the east parking lot of Farrington Field.
