Join the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) on Tuesday, Sept. 19 for a day of informative and interactive sessions tailored specifically for faculty, staff and students. Guest speaker, Dr. Saundra McGuire, will share her knowledge of metacognition strategies designed to promote transformative learning experiences for ALL students. She is the author of Teach Students How to Learn.

During the day, join Dr. McGuire's:

  • Presentation to students
    • 10:50 a.m. in Martin Hall
    • "Metacognition: The key to acing courses!"

  • Presentation to faculty and staff
    • 1:30 p.m. in Lou's Place
    • Equity and excellence for all students: Metacognition is the key!
