TXWES faculty are dedicated to teaching and engaging with students in the university’s Smaller. Smarter. way. Fulfilling this promise during a pandemic presents new challenges for both faculty and students. To help address issues related to classroom engagement, the CETL is hosting four faculty-development events in December.

Participants must register for both the Transparent Assignment Design and Engage Students in the Virtual Classroom workshops. CETL will send a link to the session the day before the event.

About Roundtable: Ingenuity in the Classroom

To start the conversation about how to boost student success in spring 2021, faculty are also invited to participate in an optional roundtable to discuss tips and strategies they found effective in fall 2020.

Join faculty facilitators in a discussion of the teaching discoveries you have made this semester. What problems arose, and what solutions did you come up with?
