In 2016 Texas Wesleyan University officially became the first university in Fort Worth to become a Blue Zones Project Approved Worksite!  

Through this process, our faculty, staff and students made a commitment to putting best practices in place to improve their health and well-being.  Watch this video to learn more about the 9 common diet and lifestyle habits that are helping people to live past 100.  

Here are the Power 9 healthy lifestyle habits that are shared by people who've lived the longest:

  3. Downshift and learn to relieve stress
