Get your energizing B-12 shot at the locations below. Star Wellness shot clinics are open to everyone and appointments are not necessary. The B-12 shots are $20 and the lipotropic B-12 is $30. 

Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. 

All clinics will take place during free period on the dates below:
