- Prescription co-payments will increase for generic medications for Tier 1 to $20.00 and Tier 2 will increase to $40.00. The Tier 3 prescription co-payment will remain the same.
- Medical co-payments will be applied to out-of-pocket maximums (prescription co-payments will not be applied).
