A conversation with a student about consent and bystander intervention can be difficult to navigate. What are the appropriate things to say? How can you be an active bystander and encourage others to do the same?

From 9 - 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24 in the Baker Building, we invite all staff and faculty to learn how they can better support students with hot topics like consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention tips and techniques and more. Also, learn how these topics can change between other populations, cultures and genders.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, so please join Angela Dampeer and Chelsea Sepolio for the conversation as Texas Wesleyan continues to rise awareness of how to keep our students, staff and faculty safe on campus and beyond.
