The Help Desk is now on Twitter! The IT Department is always looking for new ways to communicate with the Texas Wesleyan student body, faculty, and staff.
Social media has become a legitimate and efficient way of putting out information, providing customer support, and nurturing new ideas and suggestions. Our department’s goal is to use this as a secondary and slightly less formal way of assisting our users with their technology needs.
