The setting gear for adding picture to O365

The Office of Information Technology is excited to announce the availability of a new feature in Office 365. This new feature allows you to add a profile picture to your account. Once added, your picture will show up in e-mails that you send to other users. You can also hover your mouse over the name of an invitee in a calendar appointment and an information window will open with their picture.

You can add your picture by:

  • Clicking on Settings (Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Office 365 portal)
  • Click on Office 365 (in the “Your app settings” section)
  • Click Personal Info.
