Announcing extended Service Desk hours
The Texas Wesleyan Service Desk, in partnership with the Library, is pleased to announce that we are providing services after-hours. When you contact the Service Desk Monday through Thursday between 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. you will no longer reach an after-hours support technician. You will now speak with an analyst who can assist with services like password resets, account unlocks, work order statuses and simple PC computer troubleshooting.
In addition, if you use resources in the West Library during the evening hours and you need our services, the same analyst is available to provide technical assistance with library computers, printing, WIFI and personally-owned devices.
We hope that you will find these longer hours more convenient and look forward to being of service to you soon.
