Facilities, IT to offer new service system in 2015

Beginning Jan. 5, the Facilities and the Information Technology Departments will join forces to offer a new way to deliver service. When you contact either department, you will reach an analyst in the new Texas Wesleyan Service Desk.  

The service desk, which is located in the basement of the Eunice and James L. West Library, will be the single point of contact for all Facilities and IT requests. You will contact the Service Desk to request a service, check the status of an existing request or provide feedback on service that has been completed.  

The way you contact the department will not change. Please continue to call 817-531-4454 for Facilities and 817-531-4428 for IT.

Team members from both departments are dedicated to make this transition a smooth one for their customers.
