IT Help Desk now offering support on Twitter

The Help Desk is now on Twitter! The IT Department is always looking for new ways to communicate with the Texas Wesleyan student body, faculty, and staff.

Social media has become a legitimate and efficient way of putting out information, providing customer support, and nurturing new ideas and suggestions. Our department’s goal is to use this as a secondary and slightly less formal way of assisting our users with their technology needs.

While this is not in the place of a work order, we answer questions when we can, and appreciate any feedback that is provided. Follow us @TexasWesleyanIT.
