IT offering mobile support for students this semester

To kick-off the fall semester, the IT Service Desk will provide a series of knowledge building IT events for new and returning Texas Wesleyan students at different locations on campus.

We hope to increase awareness of the services that the Information Technology department provides and to promote new service offerings like Microsoft Office 365, where students can access their new Outlook email account, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and 50GB of cloud storage via One Drive.

During the next two weeks, Service Desk personnel will be available to meet with students on the following dates and times:

  • Wednesday, Aug. 27,  1-3 p.m.
    Sid W. Richardson Center (SWR)
  • Thursday, Aug. 28, 10 a.m.-noon
    Sid W. Richardson Center (SWR)
  • Wednesday, Sept. 3, 1-3 p.m.
    Ella C. McFadden Science Center (MCF)
  • Thursday, Sept. 4, 10 a.m.-noon
    Armstrong-Mabee Business Center (AMB)
