Information Technology welcomes Sallie Trotter as service desk director
We are pleased to introduce Sallie Trotter as the new service desk director. She joined the Information Technology team Monday, April 6.
Sallie brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in IT operational roles, both regionally and globally, as well as experience in higher education, working as an adjunct instructor of business.
She has an ITIL certification and brings expertise in the areas of performance management, service availability management, project management, policy compliance, service delivery and team management.
