New Help Desk Service Request System Coming Soon

The Office of Information Technology is working on a project to replace our Help Desk’s service request/ticket software. On Wednesday, Jan. 18, we will be switching to TOPdesk from our current system. The new system has an excellent web-based interface for you to submit requests and track progress. There will be more information coming soon.
