What: We're launching a new user-friendly interface for reporting problems and making requests for IT. Please check out our pre-production site at https://txwes.teamdynamix.com/sbTDClient/Home/
When: The end of March.
Why: To enhance our service and make it more user-friendly for customers to ask for help or new services and to check on existing requests. This new interface is simplified and very “clickable” it also provides for approval escalations automatically. Functionally it is a replacement for the IT Forms that exist on our website today.
How: We will be providing a hands-on session for all admins and anyone else that would like to attend on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the Armstrong Mabee Business Center room 214. We are also providing information sessions for anyone else wanting to know more from 9:30–10:30 a.m. March 22 and 27 in the Library Orientation Room.
