Take IT's security survey, win a prize for Cyber Security Awareness Month
"600,000 Facebook accounts are compromised each day." — FBI Cyber Crime
We are all exposed to the cyber world. Together, faculty and staff share the responsibility of being safe online.
Do your part and take the anonymous "Smaller. Smarter. Safer. survey" to learn more about keeping the University safe from cyber attacks. Exciting prizes will be available for the first 10 participants.
Starting Monday, Oct. 5, the first week focuses on creating a culture of Cyber Security. University faculty and staff are responsible for a wide range of sensitive information that can be appealing to cyber criminals. Week 1 provides education that enhances our Cyber Security practices.
There will be Security Smart pins available in several office across campus, and we will have undercover agents ready to give prizes to people wearing them. You can pick up your pin at these locations:
- Service Desk
- HR office
- Provost office
- GPNA main office
- AMB first-floor reception office
- PUMC second-loor reception office
- Morton Fitness Center
